Abstract

|
Purpose: This research was conducted to develope of duty form for improvement of nurses working conditions.
Methods: Data was collected from a survey conducted between the 10th of Oct., 2005 and the 24th of Des., 2005. Participants were 3910 nurses. Data was analyzed by Mean, Percent & ANOVA using SPSS/WIN 10.0.
Results: The majority of the nurse duty form in current condition were 3 shiftwork. Most of nurse wanted elastic duty management of heavy time.
Conclusion: This study is meaningful in a way that it asks for desireable duty time, 3 shiftwork of desirable duty form, elastic duty management of heavy time, et al.
